Originally part of a Hewlett Packard 77-01A Oscilloscope Recorder, this heatsink manufactured by Sanborn has always been yet another elusive part of the Delorean Time Machine building puzzle. The DTMProps version is made from Aluminium using a combination of CNC Machining and Electrical Discharge Machining, ensuring that every feature of the design is accurately reproduced.

Originally part of a Hewlett Packard 77-01A Oscilloscope Recorder, this heatsink manufactured by Sanborn has always been yet another elusive part of the Delorean Time Machine building puzzle. Initially DTMProps began designing this part in CAD from measurements of resin casted replicas. However I soon learned that another fanatical time machine builder, Mat Bedogni, was also working towards the same goal. Mat kindly shared with me his own CAD designs for the medical heatsink so that I would be able to complete the missing elements of my design.

Made from Aluminium using a combination of CNC Machining and Electrical Discharge Machining, every feature of the design has been accurately reproduced.

We now also offer extremely high quality (8K) 3D Resin printed versions of this item! These are every bit as smooth as a CNC machined part (no printing lines), have a 100% infill, and are printed in grey resin for easy painting. Resin prints have a 1 week turnaround making them ideal for those that don’t want to wait for the CNC aluminium versions.
